First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
I have had a tough time clearing myy thoughts in getting my ideqs out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems liie the first 10 to 15
minutes are wasteed juset trying to figure out how
to begin. Any ideas or hints? Kudos!

I don’t claim to have found any great secret to writing. What works for me is to get out of my mind and feel into my heart, and let my heart start writing, uncensored. If you have trouble getting out of your mind, you can do this very short exercise:
1. Gently close your eyes.
2. Focus all of your attention on your mind. Observe the build-up of tingling energy in the top of your head. Do this for 60 seconds.
3. Then imagine the ball of energy in your mind spiralling downwards out of your mind and into your heart, like an airplane spiralling out of the sky.
4. Hold your observation and attention on the energy ball that is now in your heart.
5. Stay there for 30 seconds, and feel what the energy in your heart would truly wish to say.
6. Gently open your eyes and start writing from your heart.
